MCC Introduces Ellucian Experience Premium: A New Digital Front Door

As MCC continues to modernize services and enhance the employee experience, the College is beginning the implementation of Ellucian Experience Premium, a new digital portal designed to make it easier for faculty and staff to access the information, tools, and resources they use every day.

Ellucian Experience Premium will become MCC's new digital front door, providing faculty, staff, and students with a personalized, mobile-friendly hub that brings together college information, services, communications, and Banner resources in a single, modern experience.

Designed to simplify navigation and improve the user experience, the platform will provide a more streamlined way to access the systems, resources, and information that support daily work and student success. Rather than navigating multiple websites and applications, users will be able to access many of the tools they need through one centralized location.

The new portal will offer a personalized experience based on an individual's role at the College. Faculty and staff will see information, announcements, resources, and services most relevant to their responsibilities, helping ensure important communications are easier to find and act upon.

In addition to improving access and communication, Ellucian Experience Premium supports MCC's commitment to accessibility and usability. The platform is designed to meet modern accessibility standards and provide a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices. As the College continues its work to meet Title II accessibility requirements and enhance digital inclusion, accessibility and ease of use will remain key priorities throughout implementation.

Expected Benefits for Faculty and Staff

Once implemented, Ellucian Experience Premium is expected to provide several advantages, including:

The implementation project is currently in its early stages. MCC began work on the initiative several weeks ago and is actively assessing business requirements and opportunities to enhance the employee and student experience. As planning and development continue, input and collaboration from departments across the College will help shape the portal's future capabilities.

Additional information, demonstrations, and opportunities for feedback will be shared with the campus community as the project progresses.
