Intro to the Weight Room: Build Strength, Confidence, and Endurance - Save the Date!

Are you ready to feel more confident in the weight room and take your fitness to the next level? Join us for an Introduction to the Weight Room session designed to help you understand equipment, structure effective workouts, and build a balanced fitness routine.

Whether you're brand new to the gym or looking to refresh your knowledge, this session will give you the foundation you need to train safely, effectively, and confidently.

Date: Friday, March 20th 

Time: 12 – 1 pm

Location: HPL (10-145)
