Admissions Update: Walk-In Services, Orientation, and 2027 Applications

August Walk-In Services

Admissions is currently operating on a walk-in basis only. Students do not need an appointment and are encouraged to visit campus for assistance with admissions, registration, financial aid referrals, and other enrollment-related steps.

Remaining Extended Evening Hours

The Admissions Office will be open for extended evening hours from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the following dates:

  • Monday, August 17
  • Tuesday, August 18
  • Thursday, August 20

Additional weekend support will be available on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Fall 2026 New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation helps students learn what to expect, discover helpful resources, and connect with the MCC community before the semester begins. Orientation sessions are available at both the Brighton and Downtown campuses, and students are encouraged to register for a date that works best for them.

  • Thursday, August 20, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Brighton Campus (Orienation Fair)

    Tuesday, August 25, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Downtown Campus
    Wednesday, August 26, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Brighton Campus (Orienation Fair)
    Thursday, August 27, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Downtown Campus (Orienation Fair)
    Saturday, August 29, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Brighton Campus 

First-Generation Student Orientation Retreat: Designed for students who are the first in their family to attend college and want to build connections, learn about resources, and prepare for academic success

  • Tuesday, August 18, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Brighton Campus.

Spring 2027 Applications Now Open

The deadline to apply for the Fall 2026 semester has passed. Students can now apply for the Spring or Fall 2027 semesters.
