Daily Dining Service: May 11 - May 15, 2026

Brighton Campus Marketplace Food Court (Grill 8 am to 4 pm, Marketplace 10:30 am to 4 pm, Closes 3 pm Fridays) 

Tiberius Grill

  • Chopped Cheese Hoagie - Seasoned chopped beef w/sautéed onions, American cheese on a toasted hoagie roll. Finished with lettuce, tomato, and mayo/ketchup sauce. 

Pizza 

  • Monday - Buffalo Chicken - Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, crispy chicken, mozzarella
  • Tuesday- White Garlic Pizza - Alfredo sauce, garlic, herbs, mozzarella cheese
  •  Wednesday - Margherita - Fresh tomato, mozzarella, basil
  •  Thursday - Chicken Bacon Ranch - Grilled Chicken, bacon, ranch base, mozzarella
  •  Friday - Hawaiian BBQ - Ham, Pineapple, mozzarella, and sweet BBQ sauce 

Soups

  • All Week - Hearty Beef Chili 
  •  Monday - Tomato Basil 
  • Tuesday - Pasta Fagioli
  •  Wednesday - Chicken Noodle
  •  Thursday - Cheddar Broccoli
  • Friday - Italian Wedding

  • Monday & Tuesday - Spaghetti & Meatballs or Baked Ziti - served with garlic breadsticks.
  • Wednesday & Thursday - Grilled Chipotle Chicken, - Papas Bravas, Spanish Ratatouille 

Deli/Tex Mex 

  • Spicy Cajun Chicken Sandwich - Cajun chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onions, and Cajun mayo on a hoagie roll

Just Baked - Just heat and eat!
