Professional Development Training: Microsoft Word Tools & Features

We’re excited to invite you to an hour-long training session designed to help you make the most of Microsoft Word—both online and on the desktop. This session will cover essential tools and tips to enhance your productivity and document design.

Topics Include:

  1. Desktop Word vs. Online Word – Key differences and best practices for using both.
  2. Working with Images & Stock Art – How to insert and format visuals effectively.
  3. Saving & Exporting – Quick overview for both platforms.
  4. Styles & Themes – Create consistent, professional documents with ease.
  5. Building a Table of Contents – Simplify navigation in longer documents.
  6. Copilot in Word – A brief introduction to AI-powered assistance.
  7. Checking Accessibility – How to know if your document is accessible.

Please bring a laptop to participate in this hands-on session.
