Welcome Kaelee Hathaway - New Custodial Supervisor

It is with great excitement that we welcome Kaelee Hathaway as the newest Custodial Supervisor at MCC. Kaelee brings with her a strong foundation in school facilities operations, a deep commitment to teamwork, and a genuine passion for creating welcoming, well‑maintained environments for students, staff, and the community.

Kaelee joins us after 14 years with Penfield Central School District, where she built an impressive career grounded in hard work and steady growth. She began as a night shift cleaner and advanced through multiple roles, ultimately serving as Head Custodian of the High School. Along the way, she gained hands‑on experience not only in custodial operations but also in grounds support during several summers and in maintenance work—most notably replacing more ceiling tiles than she ever imagined possible. Her broad skill set and willingness to jump in wherever needed reflect the kind of leadership and dedication that make teams stronger.

Outside of work, Kaelee is a proud mom who loves spending time with her children—whether doing arts and crafts, playing outside, or enjoying movie nights. She and her husband, Evan, have been married for nearly six years and share two wonderful children: Liam (4½) and Aubree (14 months). Their family also includes Lola, a spirited 7‑year‑old rescue dog who still has the energy of a puppy.

Kaelee’s creativity extends beyond her professional life. She has a love for interior design and is always planning a new home or office project. She enjoys finding décor that makes spaces feel warm, inviting, and functional—something we know will be a wonderful asset as she settles into her new role. And when she and her husband get a night out, you’ll often find them enjoying a favorite spot: Dinosaur BBQ.

Most of all, Kaelee is excited to join the MCC community and contribute to a team that values collaboration, pride in our facilities, and service to others. We are thrilled to have her with us and look forward to the experience, positivity, and enthusiasm she brings.
