Monroe Community College to Launch TeamDynamix (TDX) IT Service Management System

A New and Improved IT Service Experience

Technology Services is pleased to announce the transition from the current iSupport ticketing system to TeamDynamix (TDX), a modern Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform. The new system will officially go live on August 31, 2026. At launch, all Technology Services requests should be submitted through the new portal. Project management and automated workflow modules will be added in the coming months.

TDX will provide faculty and staff with a more streamlined and user-friendly way to request technology services, track support requests, and access IT resources.

Key Benefits of TeamDynamix

The new platform offers several enhancements designed to improve service delivery across the College:

  • Simplified Service Requests and Ticket Tracking
Submit requests through an intuitive online portal and monitor progress from submission to resolution.
  • Knowledge Base Resources
Access a growing library of self-service articles, guides, and troubleshooting resources. Knowledge base content can help users quickly find answers to common questions, resolve issues independently, and reduce wait times for support.
  • Asset Management
Centralized tracking of technology assets will improve visibility into equipment, software, and lifecycle management across the institution.
  • Project Management
Integrated project management tools will support collaboration, planning, tracking, and reporting for technology and departmental initiatives.
  • Automated Workflows
Configurable workflows will help route requests efficiently, streamline approvals, and improve service consistency.

Access and Support

Access to TDX is through myMCC portal, select the Technology card, and then Technology Services & Requests. Access to iSupport will be open until September 4, 2026. Current iSupport tickets will be transferred into TDX for all customers.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have closed tickets that you reference for procedures/etc. be sure to go into iSupport from the Technology tile in myMCC PRIOR to September 4, open the ticket(s) and save as .pdf to your device or a Team folder for future reference.

The Information Technology team looks forward to bringing these enhanced capabilities to the MCC community and providing a more efficient, connected service experience for all users.
