Passing of Retiree Robert (Bob) Brown

I regret to inform the college community of the passing of retiree Robert Brown on May 8 at the age of 91.

Brown held several positions at Monroe Community College, retiring in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources after 30 years with the College. Brown is survived by his six children, Robert (Karen), Fr. Timothy, Fr. Michael, Thomas (Brenda), Kevin (Tracy), and Patrick; his grandchildren, Dan (Sarah), Kristen (Matt) Hancock, Jonathan, Matthew (Marissa), Emily, Brennan, Timothy, Ryan, and Sarah; and his great-grandchildren, Connor and Parker Brown, Leland and Haisley Hancock.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, May 12th, from 4pm to 7pm at the Leo M. Bean Funeral Home, 2771 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, at 10:30am at Saint Pius the Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
