Valentine's Day Activities with Student Life

Celebrate Valentine's Day with the Office of Student Life and Leadership Development. Make Cards, paint ceramics and have snacks.

Tax Assistance at the Brighton Campus

Join the NYS Tax Department Assistance Staff as they help you e-file your taxes for free. See the Tribune Announcement titled "File Your Taxes for Free with NYS Tax Department Members" for specific details.

    Student Life Fair - Downtown Campus

    Clubs and Organizations will be highlighting the opportunities to get involved. The variety of clubs, whether academic, social or cultural, will enhance your MCC experience. Most of all, it is your opportunity to talk with many of the student leaders, the  staff and faculty advisors.

    Student Government Association Senate Meeting 

    The Student Government Association will be having a public Senate Meeting on Tuesday, February 10th. Feel free to join in person or via Zoom.

    DHS staff will be providing information on SNAP, HEAP, child support, mental health, and emergency temporary services

    Campus Activities Board (CAB) Valentine's Day

    Please join the Campus Activities Board (CAB) for their Valentine's Day event, enjoy some light refreshements, make your own card and play some games to win prizes.

    Student to Student Communication Committee Meeting

    We are looking for student leaders to take full ownership of content creation and production on student to student communication platforms! This is an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how our community stays informed, connected, and inspired. Whether your strengths lie in writing, design, photography, video, podcasting, or storytelling, there is a place for you to lead and make an impact.  View the Tribune Announcement titled "Lead MCC's New Campus Communication Platform!" for more details.  This committee meets every Friday.

    Student Government Association Information 

    The Student Government Association traveled to Albany for SUNY Advocacy Day, where Lisa Burno, Margherita Rizzuti, Parker Werven, Elle Reeves, and Rusty Smetanyak met with New York State legislators to advocate for increased support for key student services. Their discussions focused on securing additional funding for childcare programs, campus food cupboards, and workforce development initiatives, emphasizing how these resources strengthen student success and community well‑being.

    Vendors on the Brighton Campus

    The MCC Theatre Troupe is hosting vendors on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday next week up in the 2nd Floor Terrace
