Welcome Hannah Pickert, MCC's New Downtown Technical Assistant of Learning Support Systems

Please join me in welcoming Hannah Pickert as she starts her new role as the Tutoring & Academic Assistant Center's (TAAC) Technical Assistant beginning today, 8/24, on the Downtown Campus.

Hannah previously served as a Department Aide and has been an invaluable member of our center. During her time in that role, she has supported a variety of TAAC initiatives, including creating engaging social media content, developing resources for students and tutors, assisting with program and event coordination, and data collection to support assessment and continuous improvement efforts.

Her experience across these areas of the TAAC will be instrumental in her new role. We are especially excited to have Hannah bring her skills and familiarity with our programs to support our Downtown students and contribute to the continued success of our center.

Please join us in congratulating Hannah and be sure to say hello and welcome her to her new position!
