The Sixth Act Bake-Off - Call for Student Actors!

Once again, The Sixth Act is hosting a Bake Off on October 2 and October 3 in the Forum, and we're looking for student actors to participate!

Student actors will meet with student playwrights and faculty/alumni directors on Friday, October 2, at 7 PM. Actors will introduce themselves and any costume/prop they'd like to use for the performance, then actors will be free to leave around 8:30 PM. Student playwrights will choose their actors and stay overnight to write brand-new scripts including the actors they've chosen. Student actors should return Saturday, October 3, by 9 AM and will work all day with their directors to prepare their plays for a public audience that evening at 7 PM. The Sixth Act will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This event is intended to provide students the opportunity to work together to unleash the uninhibited creativity inside themselves. It's zany and fun and actually kind of beautiful.
