The Week Ahead

The Office of Student Life and Leadership Development present the following events for next week:  

Open Mic with Student Music Association 

  • Monday, May 11th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, Brighton Campus Building 12 North Atrium 

Hooray! We may-de it to the end of the year! Come to the open mic to enjoy good treats, food, beverages, and get to sing karaoke, play instruments, etc. Can’t wait to see you there! 

Student Government Association Senate Meeting     

The Student Government Association will be having a public Senate Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th. Feel free to join in person or via Zoom. 

Tributones & College Chorus Vocal Concert 

  • Tuesday, May 12th, 7:30pm, Brighton Campus, Building 4 Theatre 141 

Come watch the Tributones & College Chorus’ amazing performance! 

Spring Fling with Campus Activities Board 

  • Wednesday, May 13th, 11am-3pm, Brighton Campus Parking Lot G or the PAC (rain location) 

Come enjoy a fun, carnival theme Spring Fling! There will be food trucks, carnival games, a henna artist, psychic, tie dying, therapy dogs, and mechanical bull! 

End of Semester Picnic with Student Music Association 

  • Thursday, May 14th, 2pm, Brighton Campus Outside of Building 12 (rain location Building 12 North Atrium) 

The SMA is hosting a picnic! Come enjoy and hangout! 

Other News:

  • Local Vendor: On Monday, May 11th and Wednesday, May 13th, enjoy local vendors who will be supporting MCC’s Surgical Technology Club. 

  • Awards Ceremony: Don't forget to attend The Office of Student Life and Leaderships Award Ceremony on Friday, May 15th at 4pm!
