Mindful Tools for Modern Life: Thank you!
Thank you to all those who attended the Mindful Tools for Modern Life Poster Session on Friday, May 1st. We enjoyed connecting with all who could join us.
We asked participants to share what they do to stay mindful, and here is what they said:
