Please join us for today’s Student Wellness Wednesday as we recognize Stress Awareness Month and focus on understanding stress and building healthy ways to manage it.

Stress Awareness Month is a time to build awareness around how stress impacts your mind and body, and to explore strategies that support balance and well-being. College life can bring academic pressure, busy schedules, and everyday responsibilities that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Today’s event highlights how small, intentional habits such as mindfulness, movement, and taking breaks can help you better manage stress and feel more in control.

Student Wellness Wednesdays are your opportunity to pause, recharge, and focus on your well-being. Today, we invite you to explore simple strategies that can help you manage stress and feel your best throughout the semester.

  • Brighton Location & Time: Wellness Center, Room 3-165. 11:00am to 1:00pm
  • Downtown Location & Time: 2nd Floor Multipurpose Room. 12:00pm-1:00pm
