Peanut Butter & Jelly Community Service Project for The Surgical Technology Club

Wednesday April 1st through Wednesday April 29th, Donation Box Located on Brighton Campus, Building 3 Room 126 & Building 9 Room 124
The Surgical Technology Club are looking for donations to fill lunch bags for the Open Door Mission. Donations such as peanut butter, jelly (grape and strawberry), individual or family pack chips, snacks (hostess/mini muffins/fruit snacks/granola bars) and juice boxes will be accepted.
Student Government Association Senate Meeting

Tuesday April 21st, 2:15 pm, Brighton Campus Forum 3-130 or join the SGA Senate meeting via Zoom
The Student Government Association will be having a public Senate Meeting on Tuesday, April 21st. Feel free to join in person or via Zoom.
Earth Day Student Trivia: Food, Fun, & Prizes

Wednesday, April 22nd 12pm, Brighton Campus Forum 3-130
Celebrate Earth Day with a fun and engaging Earth Day–themed student trivia event open to all MCC students. This interactive trivia gathering will take place on April 22nd at noon in the Forum, Room 3‑130. Students can test their knowledge, enjoy free food, and compete for prizes, all while celebrating our planet. The event is proudly hosted by the Biology Club, MCC Student Government Association, and the Office of Student Life and Leadership Development.

PC Building Workshop with Information and Computer Technology Club

A hands-on workshop series where students will work directly with PC components while learning about hardware selection, assembly, and how different parts of a computer work together.
Earth Day Event with Sustainability Club
- Wednesday, April 22nd 5pm to 6pm, Brighton Campus Building 3 Brighton Room
Join the Sustainability Club to celebrate Earth Day! Professor Jason Szymanski will be speaking on Rochester's climate history and carbon cycles and Paul Kane from CCL will be talking about EN-ROADS, an interactive model of climate change and emissions. There will be tabling from local environmental organizations and MCC's mapping club on how students can get directly involved in environmental efforts as well. Learn how to stay up to date on climate information and ask questions directly to experts and passionate volunteers.

Phi Theta Kappa Induction Ceremony

Monroe Community College’s outstanding students will be inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society during the spring induction ceremony. Please help us celebrate what will be a memorable evening for these new members of Phi Theta Kappa. Your presence at the Phi Theta Kappa induction will serve to reinforce MCC's commitment to these students and their achievements. The induction ceremony will be held in the MCC Theater, Robin and Tim Wentworth Arts Building at 6:00 p.m.

Focaccia for MCC Travel Club: Support MCC’s Travel Club by purchasing a loaf of their delicious rosemary-parmesan focaccia for $8. They are collecting orders from April 13th until May 5th and orders will be ready for pick up on Thursday, May 7th.
