About the Training
Prepare your campus community to recognize and respond to mental health and substance‑use challenges commonly experienced in higher‑education settings. Developed collaboratively by individuals with lived experience and mental health professionals, this course strengthens mental health literacy and provides early‑intervention techniques to identify and respond to signs and symptoms of concern.
This engaging program helps reduce stigma, equips participants to navigate difficult situations, and empowers students, faculty, and staff to show up fully in their daily lives while supporting those around them.
