Save the Date: MSCHE Site Visit March 22 to 25
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Evaluation Team will be visiting the MCC campus on March 22nd to the 25th as part of the accreditation process. Our MSCHE Evaluation Team will be led by Dr. Bernard Polnariev, Vice President for Administrative Services at Union College of New Jersey.
The MCC MSCHE Self-Study Report details the processes and procedures at the College that allow us to fulfill our Strategic Plan. The MSCHE Evaluation Team has identified MCC colleagues to participate in group interviews to provide additional information about their expertise and function in these processes. These group interviews will be held on Monday at the Brighton Campus and Tuesday on both the Brighton and Downtown Campus. Invitations are being sent directly to the individuals selected to meet with the MSCHE Team. The Team will also tour both campuses to gain a better understanding of the MCC community.
We welcome the entire MCC community to meet with the MSCHE Evaluation Team on Monday, March 23, from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in Monroe A/B on the Brighton Campus. You are also cordially invited to attend the MSCHE Evaluation Team Exit Report to the College Community immediately followed by President Burt-Nanna’s Address to the College on Wednesday, March 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. in Monroe A/B on the Brighton Campus. We will send reminders via the MCC Daily Tribune.
In preparation for the MSCHE Site Visit, MCC MSCHE Leadership will host an informational Zoom Drop-In session, “Preparing for the MSCHE Site Visit: Community Update and Conversation" on Monday, March 16, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. A Zoom link will be forthcoming in the Daily Tribune.
