Daily Dining Service: April 20 - April 24, 2026

Brighton Campus Marketplace Food Court (Grill 8 am to 4 pm, Marketplace 10:30 am to 4 pm, Closes 3 pm Fridays) 

Tiberius Grill:

  • Buffalo Chicken Melt - Crispy Chicken tossed in buffalo sauce w/ Ranch dressing and Provolone cheese 

Pizza : 

  • Monday - Meat Lovers - Ham, sausage pepperoni & mozzarella 
  • Tuesday - Chicken Bacon Ranch - Grilled Chicken, bacon, ranch base, mozzarella 
  • Wednesday - Roasted Vegetable - Mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, white sauce, mozzarella 
  • Thursday - Buffalo Chicken - Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, crispy chicken, mozzarella 
  • Friday - White Garlic Pizza - Alfredo sauce, garlic, herbs, mozzarella cheese 

 Soups:  

  • All Week - Loaded Baked Potato  
  •  Monday - Minestrone  
  • Tuesday -  Cheddar Broccoli 
  • Wednesday -  Tomato Florentine  
  •  Thursday - Pasta Fagioli 
  • Friday - Chicken Noodle 

Magellan:

  • Monday & Tuesday - Caribbean Jerk Chicken - served with creamy mac and cheese and braised cabbage 
  • Wednesday & Thursday - Puerto Rican Pernil or Pollo Asado - served with Spanish rice and peas and fried plantains. 
  • Friday - Chef’s Special 

Deli/Tex Mex: 

  • Loaded Nachos

Just Baked - Just heat and eat!  

Brighton Campus Deja Brew (7:30 am to 2 pm)
