Congratulations Alpha Theta Iota Chapter!

Last weekend MCC’s local Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) chapter, Alpha Theta Iota, attended the NY Regional Virtual Convention. Around 100 NY PTK officers, members, and advisors attended the virtual convention. Our chapter won many awards after the year of hard work they have put into their projects. Here is a list of awards they won!

  • 3rd Runner Up for Most Distinguished Chapter in NY Region
  • 1st Runner Up for Most distinguished College Project Hallmark
  • 2nd Place for Honors in Action in their Theme
  • 5- Star Chapter
  • Chapter REACH Award Recipient
  • Excellence in Programming Award
  • Chloe Allen, Chapter Advisor, won the Horizon Award
  • Maddie Rothfuss, Chapter Officer of PTK, won the Jodi Oriel Scholarship

This would not have been possible without the support from all our Advisors Chloe Allen, Christina Lee, and Jodi Oriel, and the dedication of our student leaders in PTK. We are so proud of all they have accomplished!
