Student Wellness Wednesday: Suicide Prevention

Please share with students:

Wellness Wednesday will be at Brighton and Downtown campus today highlighting September as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Today's events will focus on Suicide Awareness & Prevention and the importance of checking in with ourselves and one another. Stop by to learn about mental health and suicide prevention resources, ways to support yourself or someone you care about, and simple strategies for managing stress and strengthening connection.

Remember, you don’t have to be in crisis to prioritize your mental health, reach out for support, or check in with someone else. Sometimes a conversation, a connection, or simply knowing where to turn for help can make a meaningful difference.

And, of course, all your Wellness Wednesday favorites will be waiting for you!

No registration is required—just stop in!

We can't wait to see you there!

Location & Time:

Brighton Campus: Building 3, Room 165. 11am to 1pm

Downtown Campus: 2nd Floor 12pm to 1pm
