Telephone System Maintenance January 16, 2026

Hello,

The Network and Telecom Department will be conducting server maintenance from 5:30pm to 6:00pm on Friday January 16. 

This maintenance applies only to those of us using the Cisco Webex Client. 
This is software that is used on your computer to make telephone calls or staff ACD queues.

Internal, external, and ACD calling via Desk Phone is not impacted

Please complete all calls and meetings using Cisco Webex before 5:30pm on Friday January 16 to avoid unexpected disconnect as services restart. 

If you have operations that require Webex/Soft Phone ACD after 5:30 on Friday please contact the Technology Helpdesk at x8324.
