Pardon Our Dust - Construction of the New RochesterWorks Career Center at the Downtown Campus Is Underway!

More exciting changes are underway as we continue to build for the future!

On Wednesday, August 5, contractors began mobilizing in preparation for the new RochesterWorks Career Center project on the 4th floor of the Downtown Campus. The first phase of the project includes the installation of two valves serving the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 33, the installation of temporary walls, and asbestos abatement.

Notifications have been posted at the Downtown Campus main entrance, the Facilities Suite on the 3rd floor, and the 4th floor of Building 33 to inform the campus community about the asbestos abatement activities.

Please excuse the noise and disruptions during construction. The safety and well-being of our students, employees, and visitors remain our highest priority. All work is being performed in accordance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make these improvements to our campus.
