Be A Healthy Hero Summer Camp 2026

Have your heard about the Be A Healthy Hero Camp offered at the college in the month of July? We host up to 800 campers from 1st through 6th grade to participate in sports, team-building and academic classes. The camp is FREE to any student in Rochester. Healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks are served too. Camp runs from 8am to 3:30pm and bussing is offered at numerous locations throughout the city of Rochester.

If you know of a child entering 1st through 6th grade in Fall 2026, please encourage them to apply to our camp.  It is a fantastic experience.  Come play soccer, flag football, ropes initiatives, swimming and more. We also provide academic enrichment programs to help reduce summer learning loss. Topics include: reading, math, health and nutrition, music, anti-bullying education and more. No screen time, all action!
