Welcoming Noah Lepsch to the HR & Organizational Development Team

We are pleased to share that Noah Lepsch has accepted the position of Assistant Director of Employee and Labor Relations and will join the Human Resources & Organizational Development team on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Noah brings a strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and labor-management collaboration. In his current role as a Human Resources Specialist with Delaware North, he has managed a high volume of complex investigations, partnered closely with union representatives on grievance and contract-related matters, and advised supervisors on performance management and corrective action. His approach emphasizes fairness, consistency, and well-documented outcomes aligned with organizational policy and collective bargaining agreements.

In his new role at Monroe Community College, Noah will serve as a key resource in managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to supervisors and leadership. He will also collaborate with our union partners to support constructive and effective labor-management relationships.

This addition reflects our continued commitment to fostering a respectful, equitable, and compliant workplace. We are confident that Noah will make a meaningful contribution to these efforts.
