Introducing The Draft DEISJ Plan

Monroe Community College is pleased to share the draft of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice (DEISJ) Plan—a reflection of the thoughtful collaboration and commitment of faculty and staff from across the College. This draft represents an important step in our ongoing work to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and student-centered institution.

We invite and welcome feedback from the entire MCC community. Please share your thoughts, questions, and suggestions by December 20, 2025. Your perspectives are essential in helping us refine this plan and ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations of our diverse campus.

Together, we can continue strengthening a learning environment where every member of our community feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
