SAVE the Date - April 15th Mid-Spring Employee Benefits Fair
The College is pleased to reintroduce several new benefits and vendor partners that became available effective January 2026 to full-time, benefit-eligible employees participating in College health plans. Whether Open Enrollment felt overwhelming or you have experienced challenges with your pharmacy benefits, this Mid-Spring Benefits Fair is a great opportunity to get informed, ask questions, and receive personalized support.
Event Schedule:
8:45 am – 10:30 am Brighton Room Coffee hour+
Learn more about available programs and gather general information in an informal setting. Meet with representatives from:
· ProAct Rx
· Aware Health
· Excellus
· ESI Higher Ed EAP
12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Lecture Hall 5-100
ProAct Rx and Aware Health will give presentations regarding their programs. This event will be live-streamed and recorded. The link will be provided in an upcoming Tribune article and sent via email through the PlanSource benefits administration announcement system.
ProAct Rx will have their Service and Clinical teams available and will review the prior authorization process as well as provide members with instructions on how to track the status of their prior authorization.
Aware Health will discuss the use of its program to prevent aches and injuries, improve mobility and flexibility, and manage back, knee, and joint pain. This program is available without a referral from your physician and with $0 copay.
4:00 pm – 5:30 pm Lecture Hall 5-100 - Repeat Noon Hour presentation
1:1 Meetings with ProAct Rx and/or Aware Health
· ProAct Rx will be available to review your 2026 claims and provide specific account support
· ProAct 1:1 in Meeting Room 3-116: 10:30 am – 11:30 pm and 2:00 pm -4:00 pm
· Aware Health: schedule an appointment with Dr. Matt Gundlach for your personal evaluation
· Aware Health 1:1 in Meeting Room 3-113: 10:30 am 11:30 am and 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
