Tax Department employees will guide you step-by-step as you complete your own tax returns at no charge using secure online tax software. It’s quick and easy!

You qualify for assistance if you:

  • earned $89,000 or less in 2025 (filing as an individual or family)
  • have basic computer skills
  • have an active email account

Walk-ins are welcome! Sessions will be held in Room 300 of the Monroe
Community College Downtown Campus (321 State St, Rochester) from
9:30am to 4:00pm on the dates below.
