Brighton Campus Marketplace Food Court (Grill 8 am to 4 pm, Marketplace 10:30 am to 4 pm, Closes 3 pm Fridays)

Hawaiian Cheeseburger - Beef patty topped with charred pineapple, pepperjack cheese, crispy bacon, and Hawaiian BBQ sauce on a brioche bun.
