Kudos Gratitude Series (Day 6): Colleagues to Colleagues, Celebrating Collaboration Across MCC

Happy Tuesday!

There is so much collaborative teamwork happening across Monroe Community College. Today, I would like to highlight a colleagues-to-colleagues celebration for the following teams: Library Services, Virtual Campus, Career Services Team, and the Student Success Team.

Afiya Farrell (Library Services)

  • Afiya creates innovative, engaging programs that benefit both students and staff, bringing creativity and energy to campus life.

Dax Parasnis-Samar & Afiya Farrell (Library Services)

  • Dax and Afiya thoughtfully advanced library instruction by strengthening learning outcomes for today’s evolving information landscape.

Mary Slifer (Library Services)

  • Mary’s organizational skills and creativity make major events like Celebration of Learning welcoming and successful.

Pam Czaja (Library Services)

  • We appreciate Pam Czaja for the significant work she has done around accessibility remediation. This has been a major undertaking requiring a lot of time, focus, and follow-through, and her efforts are helping make our library resources more accessible to students.

MCC Librarians

  • MCC librarians provide thoughtful, impactful support that helps students build confidence and succeed in research.

Virtual Campus Team

  • The Virtual Campus team provides exceptional support with patience, expertise, and a commitment to helping faculty and staff succeed.
