There is so much collaborative teamwork happening across Monroe Community College. Today, I would like to highlight a colleagues-to-colleagues celebration for the following teams: Library Services, Virtual Campus, Career Services Team, and the Student Success Team.
Afiya Farrell (Library Services)
- Afiya creates innovative, engaging programs that benefit both students and staff, bringing creativity and energy to campus life.

- Dax and Afiya thoughtfully advanced library instruction by strengthening learning outcomes for today’s evolving information landscape.
Mary Slifer (Library Services)
- Mary’s organizational skills and creativity make major events like Celebration of Learning welcoming and successful.
Pam Czaja (Library Services)
- We appreciate Pam Czaja for the significant work she has done around accessibility remediation. This has been a major undertaking requiring a lot of time, focus, and follow-through, and her efforts are helping make our library resources more accessible to students.
