Join Us: Academic Advising and Early Interventions Training June 9 at 12PM

Join us for Your Partners in Student Success: Academic Advising & Early Interventions Training designed to strengthen your understanding of MCC’s integrated advising model and the coordinated efforts that support student success. This training will be held Tuesday, June 9 at 12PM in Monroe B.

  •  This session will cover: 
  • MCC’s advising model and approach to early intervention 
  • The role of the Student Success Coach 
  • How coaches collaborate with academic departments 
  • Strategies for supporting students proactively 
  • How to effectively use Starfish to provide feedback on student progress 

This session is designed for anyone who supports students and wants to better understand how advising works at MCC. You will learn how to connect with Student Success Coaches, engage early intervention strategies, and use available tools to support student progress more effectively.
