Daily Dining Service: April 6, 2026 - April 10, 2026

Brighton Campus Marketplace Food Court (Grill 8 am to 4 pm, Marketplace 10:30 am to 4 pm, Closes 3 pm Fridays) 

Tiberius Grill:

  • Rodeo Cheeseburger - Beef Patty Topped with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, BBQ Sauce, and Onion Rings.

Pizza:

  • Monday - Margherita - Fresh tomato, mozzarella, basil
  • Tuesday - Chicken Bacon Ranch - Grilled Chicken, bacon, ranch base, mozzarella
  • Wednesday - Roasted Vegetable - Mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, tomatoes, mozzarella 
  • Thursday - BBQ Chicken Pizza - Crispy BBQ Chicken, Caramelized onions, Mozzarella
