Join us for Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in event from The Counseling, Disability & Health Services Department created to help you stay grounded, supported, and focused during this busy time.

Swing by for a free grab-and-go breakfast, simple strategies to reduce stress, and resources that can help you navigate finals season with more ease. Whether you’re looking for quick mindfulness tools, tips for staying organized, or just a moment to breathe, we’re here for you.
