This week’s program highlight: Construction Technology
MCC’s Construction Technology (CT01) program prepares students to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects. Students build a strong foundation in technical areas such as structures, soils, concrete, and surveying while developing practical skills in cost estimating, project scheduling, and construction management.
Through hands-on coursework and real-world applications, students learn to interpret construction drawings, plan residential and commercial projects, apply building codes, and coordinate project timelines and resources. Graduates are prepared to work as part of construction teams supporting the development of buildings, infrastructure, and other major projects.
