Go Green with Spring Cleaning! Sustainability Club Clothing Drive from March 16 - 20

The Sustainability Club is hosting a clothing drive with support from the Facilities Department. The drive will be from March 16 to 20 in the main dining area. There will be 3 boxes in which you can donate clothes, the first being for clothes sized extra small, small, and medium, while the second box is for large, extra-large, and XL+. The third and final box will be for accessories and things of that nature, such as shoes, hats, beanies, gloves, bags, waistpacks, bandanas, belts, and scarves.

Please make sure that all donated clothing items are clean and don’t have any tears or holes before donating. Things that shouldn’t be donated are items like underwear, jewelry, socks, bras, bathing suits, lingerie, and leggings. The main focus of this clothing drive is to give old clothing a second life, whether it is through giving someone a new look. or becoming new rags for cleaning, and making sure it doesn't end up in a landfill.

This event is in preparation for a clothing swap coming up, which we will share more about soon.
