Preview Tours of the New Sydor Optics Advanced Technology Center

Dear Faculty and Staff,

We are delighted to invite you to a special early preview of our new Sydor Optics Advanced Technology Center — a transformative addition to the Brighton campus and a testament to our shared commitment to innovation, education, and community partnership.

Before we officially open the facility to our students, we want you, the dedicated faculty and staff who make our institution thrive, to have an exclusive opportunity to step inside and experience this state-of-the-art space firsthand.

This is a chance to see how innovation is coming to life on our campus and to take pride in what we have built together. Join a 30-minute guided walking tour to explore it for yourself.

Date: Friday, August 28, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Location: Sydor Optics Advanced Technology Center, Building 18 (18-191, main entrance foyer)
Note: For those planning to attend the tour, please be aware that final touches to the facility will still be underway, and we appreciate your understanding as we complete preparations for opening.
