SUNY ASAP provides students with the support they need to finish their associate degrees on time. The supports include funding to cover textbooks, groceries, transportation, and other costs of attendance. The ASAP program also offers academic assistance, comprehensive personalized advisement, and career development activities. Any student who is eligible for Pell or TAP is eligible for ASAP.
Any MCC or SUNY student who receives at least $1 of federal Pell or NYS grant aid (TAP or Excelsior) is a good candidate for ASAP eligibility! ASAP students should not have more than 21 college credits earned before enrollment.
