Please join us for next week’s Wellness Wednesday event in celebration of National Food Day – Eat Well, Live Well!
National Food Day is all about inspiring healthier eating and highlighting the powerful connection between nutrition and overall wellness. Making mindful food choices can boost your energy, support focus and mood, and help you feel your best throughout the semester.
What’s Happening at This Event:
- Nutrition Education: Learn from a Cornell Cooperative Extension nutrition educator about simple, affordable ways to eat well on and off campus.
- Wellness Activities: Participate in a fun, calming activity to help you slow down, focus on the present moment, and reduce stress.
- Therapy Dogs: Take a break and enjoy some time with our friendly therapy dogs for a dose of comfort and joy.
- Wellness Resources: Explore helpful tools and supports to build healthy eating habits and enhance your wellbeing.
- Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up free items to encourage daily wellness and healthy living.
- Lunch Provided!
These weekly Wellness Wednesday events are your chance to pause, recharge, and connect with your campus community. Let’s celebrate National Food Day together and take steps toward eating well and living well—one mindful meal at a time.
