Join the Health and Wellness Department for our free weekly gentle yoga and meditation class today, available to any interested MCC student. This class is appropriate for all levels, no previous experience is required. Mats and blocks will be provided. You can reserve a spot on the MyWellness Portal under groups/workshops.
