Please join us for today’s Student Wellness Wednesday as we celebrate International Boost Your Self-Esteem Month which is a great reminder that self-love, self-compassion, and recognizing our own worth are essential parts of overall well-being.
Boost Your Self-Esteem Month is all about building confidence, honoring your strengths, and practicing kindness toward yourself. With busy schedules and academic stress, it’s easy to be self-critical or overlook how much you’re doing. Taking a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself can make a meaningful difference in how you feel both inside and out.
What’s Happening at This Event:
- Wellness Activity – Enjoy a hands-on, creative activity designed to help you relax, unwind, and build self-awareness through mindful reflection and gratitude.
- Therapy Dogs – Take a stress-relieving break with our therapy dogs, a gentle reminder that comfort, care, and unconditional support matter
- Wellness Resources – Learn simple strategies for boosting self-esteem, building self-compassion, and supporting your mental and emotional wellness throughout the semester.
- Feel-Good Giveaways – Pick up items that encourage positivity, confidence, self-care, and stress relief.
