Join the Health and Wellness Department for a free gentle yoga and meditation class today, available to any interested MCC student. This class is appropriate for all levels, no previous experience is required. Mats and blocks will be provided. To reserve a spot, log in to myWellness Portal and sign up under the Groups/Workshops option on the left-hand side. Hope to see you on the mat!
