April is Stress Awareness Month, and it's the perfect time to slow down, unwind, and focus on your well-being. Join us for this week’s Weekly Wellness Event designed to help you manage stress and recharge your mind and body. This event is open to all students and offers a range of calming activities, supportive resources, and space to breathe. Lunch will be provided this week!

What to Expect at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities: Engage in mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and gentle relaxation techniques to ease your mind and body.
  • Therapy Dogs: Our furry friends will be on campus to help you de-stress and boost your mood through cuddles and comfort.
  • Stress Management Resources: Learn about coping strategies, self-care tools, and campus support services to help you feel more in control and supported.
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up stress-relief items and relaxation treats to take with you—because a little self-care goes a long way.

These weekly workshops are a great way to take a break, connect with others, and focus on your personal well-being. Let’s take time this April to recognize the impact of stress and empower ourselves with tools to manage it.
