Take a Mid-Week Break for Your Health!
Join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday as we spotlight Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Awareness Month. This is a great opportunity to empower ourselves with knowledge, reduce stigma, and prioritize sexual health and overall well-being.

Taking care of your sexual health is an important part of your wellness journey. Whether you're looking to learn more about prevention, testing, or how to have open conversations about sexual health, this event offers a supportive space for all students.

What to Expect at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities: Engage in mindfulness practices and stress-relief techniques that support your whole health.
  • Therapy Dogs: Take a moment to relax with our friendly pups—proven to ease stress and boost your mood.
  • Health Resources: Get informed with free educational materials on STI prevention, safer sex practices, and where to find testing and care, judgment-free and inclusive.
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up wellness items and treats to support your emotional, mental, and sexual well-being.

These weekly events are a great way to pause, recharge, and connect with campus resources and your fellow students. Let’s build a culture of knowledge and compassion together at MCC!
