Please join us for today's Student Wellness Wednesday as we highlight Mental Health Awareness and focus on supporting emotional well-being, reducing stigma, and encouraging connection within our MCC community.
Mental health is an essential part of overall wellness and impacts how we think, feel, and show up in our daily lives. Taking time to check in with yourself, access support, and build healthy coping strategies can make a meaningful difference. This event is designed to create a safe, welcoming space where students can pause, recharge, and connect with helpful resources and one another.
