End Of Year Move-Out: May 18 through May 22

The Residence Halls close for the End of the Year on Friday, May 22, 2026.

Between May 18 and May 22, residents must leave within 24 hours of their last final, and schedule a time with their RA to check-out.

Residents living on campus who wish to stay for Summer Session I, II, or III, must complete the Summer Pay-to-Stay Application, and pay the $650 or $2,100 summer session break fee. Approved Summer Residents will be expected to move to their summer housing placement between May 22 and June 5.  

Residents must move out completely unless participating in 12-month Housing or Summer Pay-to-Stay. 

Residents who are graduating on May 28 must request a late departure by contacting Housing & Residence Life (ResidenceHalls@monroecc.edu).
