A new semester is the perfect time to start fresh, build healthy habits, and prioritize your well-being. Join us for this week’s Weekly Wellness Event—a space designed to help you feel grounded, energized, and ready to take on the months ahead. 

What’s Happening at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities: Slow down and de-stress with relaxing, hands-on activities and creative outlets that encourage mindfulness and self-expression.
  • Therapy Dogs: Get some love from our furry friends to instantly boost your mood and melt away stress.
  • Wellness Resources: Explore self-care tools, coping strategies, and campus support services to keep you feeling your best all semester.
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Take home stress-relief items and relaxation treats, because starting strong means taking care of yourself.
  • Lunch Provided!

These weekly workshops are more than just a break in your day, they’re a great way to connect with other students, meet new friends, and be part of the MCC community. Let’s start this semester off feeling balanced, supported, and ready to thrive, together.
