Please join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday event, where we’re celebrating Better Breakfast Month with the theme “Fuel Up for Fall Semester.” Start your day right and discover how small, healthy choices in the morning can set you up for success all day long.

What’s Happening at This Event:

Breakfast Boost Activities – Explore quick, affordable, and healthy breakfast ideas to energize your body and mind for the semester ahead.

Nutrition Educator from Cornell Cooperative Extension – Learn tips and tricks from a local nutrition expert on building balanced breakfasts and fueling your body for energy and focus.

Therapy Dogs – Enjoy time with our furry friends for an instant mood boost and stress relief.

Wellness Resources – Learn strategies for balanced nutrition, sustaining energy, and building healthy routines that support your academic success.

Self-Care Giveaways – Take home items to support both your physical health and overall well-being.
