Please join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday event as we celebrate World Gratitude Day! Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you”—it’s a powerful practice that can boost your mood, strengthen connections, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being. Taking time to notice and appreciate the positives, big or small, can help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected this semester.
What’s Happening at This Event:
- Gratitude Activities – Reflect, write, and share what you’re grateful for to bring more positivity into your day.
- Therapy Dogs – Pause with our furry friends for comfort, joy, and a reminder of the simple things to be thankful for.
- Wellness Resources – Explore strategies to cultivate gratitude in everyday life and support your mental, emotional, and academic success.
- Self-Care Giveaways – Take-home items that encourage relaxation, reflection, and daily gratitude practices.

These weekly workshops are a chance to pause, recharge, and connect with your campus community. On World Gratitude Day, let’s take a moment to appreciate ourselves, one another, and the opportunities around us—setting the tone for a strong and fulfilling semester together!
