Please join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday event as we kick off October—Emotional Wellness Month!

Emotional wellness is all about understanding, expressing, and managing our feelings in ways that help us thrive. Taking care of your emotional health can boost resilience, reduce stress, and strengthen your relationships—helping you stay balanced and focused throughout the semester.

What’s Happening at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities – Participate in a fun, calming activity to help you slow down, focus on the present moment, and reduce stress.
  • Therapy Dogs – Spend time with our furry friends for comfort, connection, and a reminder that joy can be found in simple moments.
  • Wellness Resources – Learn practical tips and supports to strengthen your emotional well-being and academic success.
  • Self-Care Giveaways – Take-home items that encourage relaxation, reflection, and daily self-care practices.
  • Lunch Provided!

These weekly workshops are your chance to pause, recharge, and connect with your campus community. This October, let’s commit to caring for our emotional wellness together—one small step at a time.
