Join us for this week’s Wellness Wednesday event as we come together to honor World Mental Health Day! This global day is all about raising awareness, breaking stigma, and reminding ourselves that mental health matters just as much as physical health.

Caring for your mental well-being helps you manage stress, build resilience, and find balance both in and out of the classroom. Let’s take this opportunity to pause, connect, and support each other in creating a healthier campus community.

What’s Happening at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities – Engage in a fun, calming activity designed to slow down your mind, reduce stress, and boost mindfulness.
  • Therapy Dogs – Spend time with our furry friends for comfort, connection, and pure joy.
  • Wellness Resources – Explore practical tips and supports available on campus and beyond to strengthen your mental health.
  • Self-Care Giveaways – Take-home tools and items that promote relaxation, reflection, and daily self-care.
  • Lunch Provided!

World Mental Health Day is a reminder that none of us are alone in this journey. Let’s celebrate together and commit to prioritizing our mental wellness—one step at a time.
