Taking care of your emotional health can boost resilience, reduce stress, and strengthen your relationships. Stop by the Wellness Wednesday table at the Downtown Campus to chat with one of our counselors, take part in a fun mindfulness activity, pick up helpful wellness resources, and grab some great self-care items to take home!
